The owners of this traditional Maine coast home wanted an update to reflect their taste for contemporary design and natural materials which is well represented by the custom designed tiered stone steps leading to the front door.

As a gourmet cook, the client wanted a highly-functional kitchen layout in a compact space. The desired layout was achieved and met the client’s needs for ample cabinetry, efficient flow around the space and material preferences including natural wood finishes and a custom-designed mosaic back splash. The breakfast nook features a custom built table and banquette seating.

A spa-like master bath for relaxing was the “piece de resistance” for these clients who were delighted with this sun-filled room featuring a deep soaking tub and glass enclosed walk-in shower.
